Novell Support Advisor is a free tool that enables customers to proactively and reactively diagnose system and application issues in a secure and automated way for SUSE Linux Enterprise, ZENworks Configuration Management, NetWare and GroupWise systems. The cross-platform (Linux, Windows, MAC) client can be downloaded from support.novell.com%2Fadv and is installed on a system that can communicate with both the customer's local servers and the update server at Novell.
